Privacy and data protection declaration

The protection of your personal data is one of our particular concerns. We therefore process and save your data exclusively based on the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection declaration, we want to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact and Correspondence
If you contact us by e-mail, your data will be saved for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up contracts. We will not pass on this data to anyone without your explicit written consent.

Customer data saving
Kindly note, that we store name, address and bank details of each customer as well as the name, telephone number and e-mail address of one responsible contact person in order to process the contract and for further business transactions. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of forwarding the data provided to processing banks, post office or parcel services as well as to our tax consultant for the purpose of eventual money transfers, for the delivery of documents and for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.

All data from contractual relationships are stored within the framework of tax retention periods and liability periods. Data processing is carried out based on legal provisions of § 96 clause 3 TKG and Art 6 clause 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for fulfilment of contract) of the DSGVO.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files, which are stored locally in the browser on your device. We use them to increase the user-friendliness of our homepage. Cookies are not causing any damage, some may remain stored on device but can be deleted by yourself at any time. They enable us to recognize your browser at your next visit. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web- analysis
In order to make our website user-friendly, we use some basic functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043USA). Cookies, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users, are used for this purpose. The information, which is thereby obtained, is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. In case your IP address is captured, it will be pseudonymised. This means that only an approximate localization is possible.

Google Analytics:
Our relationship with the web analytics provider is based on standardised contractual clauses and an adequacy decision of the European Commission and the USA: “Privacy Shield”. Any data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 clause 3 TKG and Art 6 clause 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Regarding the DSGVO, our concern is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is of utmost importance to us, the user data is pseudonymised. Only unspecific user data is collected.

Your rights
You have the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that saving or processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been breached in any other way, kindly contact us at any time.

The supervisory authority in charge in Austria is the Datenschutzbehörde (Data Protection Authority).
